Data was acquired at the Biocenter Finland National Cryo-EM facility with a FEI TALOS Artica transmission electron microscope operated at 200 kV. Movies were collected with a Falcon III direct electron detector at a nominal magnification of 150 000x giving a pixel size of 0.97 Å per pixel. Each movie consisted of 30 frames with an exposure time of 1 second per frame. The total electron dose was approximately 30 electrons per Å2.
