The gain file were also provided in data/ANTA/gain.mrc (7676*7420, 32bit). The distortion parameter were distotaion angle of 26.1, major scale of 1.019 and minor scale of 1. The pixel size was 0.41 Å in the super resolution mode, corresponding to the physical pixel size of 0.82 Å. After the pixel size refinement during model building, the corrected physical pixel size is 0.87 Å.
