The cells were then prepared for and imaged by focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy (FIB-SEM) to generate correlative 3DEM image volumes. The 3D ultrastructure of the regions in the T cells corresponding to high fluorescence signals were inspected for presence or absence of vesicles. The fluorescence image data from all channels in the confocal stacks, snapshots of localization of the cells in the FIB-SEM instrument, the registered and binned FIB-SEM image volumes, and image stacks corresponding to the regions of interest (ROIs) are included here, as well as some pertinent acquisition metadata information.","book_chapter_title":null,"publisher":null,"publication_location":null,"journal":"","journal_abbreviation":"","issue":null,"preprint":false}],"dataset_size":"26.6 MB","experiment_type":"FIB-SEM","scale":null,"entry_doi":"10.6019/EMPIAR-10329"}}
