These are:\n\n*_GFP_original.tif: raw GFP image (obtained by cryo-FM) containing the signal imaged by the tilt series\n*_em_map_original.tif: medium magnification EM image used to locate the signal in the EM\n*_GFP_tranformed_to_em_map: the GFP image, transformed based on fiducial markers, to register onto the EM image\n*_em_map_annotated.jpg: annotated version of the  medium magnification EM image, in which the predicted position of the GFP spots of interest (pink) and the fiducial markers used for the transformation are indicated (blue: selected positions; green: predicted positions). Tranformations are done using MATLAB-based scripts published in Kukulski et al., JCB 2011.
