ATTENTION! Most of the options we have taken on the hotels for our participants expire mid-july. We cordially advise you to book your stay as soon as possible.

Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for accommodation. Please find below direct links to the hotels, bed and breakfasts, and youth hostels in Ghent. Participants are advised to book their accommodation early as Belgium will be chairing the European Union from July to December 2010 and several related events are planned across Belgium.

We reserved a number of rooms at hotels -see list of hotel names below;some of the hotel options will be ending at the end of July therefore please make your hotel reservations on time. the rates below all include breakfast and VAT, and are available using booking code 'ECCB10'. Add city tax of €2.5/person/night to all prices.

Please note that some hotels have both smoking and non-smoking rooms: state your preference when booking.
