Pre-registration has now closed – as of now, only onsite registrations in Ghent are possible. Payment onsite can be executed by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or in cash EUR.

Early rate registrations should be received by August 20^th 2010. Online registration will remain open until September 17^th 2010. After this date, registration will be accepted on-site in Ghent only.Please note that on-site registration in Ghent does not guarantee the availability of all conference material, so participants are advised to register in advance.

Group registrations

Register 6 and receive one complimentary registration - a minimum value of €345

Register 6 delegates and receive one free ECCB10 conference registration! Individuals from the same lab or organisation have an opportunity to receive a complimentary 7th conference registration when registering as a group.
To benefit from this special offer, the group should simply identify a group leader and have her/him contact the ECCB10 registration team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The registration team will coordinate the group's registration following the normal registration process. Please note that the delegate receiving the complimentary registration will be required to provide credit card details - the card will not be charged unless in the case of a cancellation of a group member or some other cause for the group of 6 paying delegates to be altered or for additional registration or conference activities not covered by this special offer.
The complimentary registration is applicable to the lowest registration fee from the group at early registration rate. Registration is for the main conference and does not include additional registration options (i.e. workshops, tutorials, accompanying persons, etc..)

The conference registration fee includes:

• access at all conference sessions
• receipt of conference materials
• lunches & coffee breaks on Monday September 27^th, Tuesday September 28^th and Wednesday 29^th September
• welcome reception on Sunday September 26^th

Conference banquet on Tuesday September 28^th costs 50€.

The tutorial/workshop registration fee includes:

• access to the selected tutorial or workshop on Sunday September 26^th
• receipt of tutorial/workshop materials
• lunch & coffee breaks on Sunday September 26^th

The accompanying person registration fee of 85,00€ only includes access to the welcome reception on Sunday September 26^th and the conference banquet on Tuesday September 28^th The accompanying person registration fee of 130,00€ only includes access to the lunches and coffee breaks on Monday September 27^th, Tuesday September 28^th and Wednesday September 29^th.
An accompanying person registration can only be booked in addition to a regular conference registration (member or non-member).

(1) ISCB membership needs to be valid during the time of the ECCB 2010 conference; otherwise the non-member fee will be applied.
(2) A signed letter from the Head of Department or a copy of the student card will be required to confirm the training status. Only full time students will be considered. If the requested document is not received together with the registration form, the regular registration rate will be applied.

You can pay your registration fee by credit card (Visa or Eurocard/MasterCard) or by bank transfer.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations of confirmed conference registrations are subject to a charge of 100 EUR per participant provided the cancellation is received by September 1^st 2010. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after September 1^st 2010 or for no-shows.
