Comment[ArrayExpressAccession] E-MTAB-2131 MAGE-TAB Version 1.1 Investigation Title microarray_submission Comment[Submitted Name] microarray_submission Experiment Description We evalueted gene expression in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) over-expressing NRG1 typeIII ICD (Intra Cellular Domain). DRG were infected with a lentivirus expressing ICD and compared to not infected DRG or DRG infected with a lentivirus expressing EGFP. Cells were cycled with FUDR to eliminate all non-neuronal cells. Neuronal media was supplemented with 50 ng/ml NGF (Harlan, Bioproducts for Science). DRG neurons were infected with pL6V5 vector expressing ICD or EGFP gene. RNA was extracted by Trizol cRNA was biotin-UTP labelled and a streptavidin-Cy3 staining was used to develop the fluorescent signal The preperaed samples were hybridized to microbeads assembled on a chip during an over-night incubation The Illumina BeadArray Reader, a two-channel 0.8 um resolution confocal laser scanner, has been used to scan the arrays Protocol Term Source REF EFO EFO EFO EFO EFO EFO Term Source Name EFO Term Source File http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo SDRF File E-MTAB-2131.sdrf.txt
