Protocol Description	1ng/ml doxycycline for three days prior to UV irradiation	Cells maintained in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% sodium pyruvate, 1% penicillin-streptomycin and 0.4% fungizone, 5% CO2, 37C	Cells were UV irradiated and subjected to Flag-RBM47 HITS-CLIP Partial RNAse digestion, A-tailing and PCR amplificiation. Flag-RBM47 bound fragments were reverse transcribled using an oligodT primer containing 5' degenerate, barcoded linker sequence and 3' adapter sequences. cDNA libraries were then generated as described in PMID: 24613350
