Protocol Description	Base calls and read alignment to mm9 were performed using the Illumina Pipeline V1.6 Peaks were called using QuEST v 2.4 using default paramters Genome_build: mm9 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: bed file reports peak calls	overnight with immobilized anti-CD3 mAB (1ug/ml) and rested 1-2 days	Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and Egr2-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions accompanying the DNA Sample Kit
