VALUE = RMA normalized, and z-scored on a log2 scale to a mean of 8 and standard deviation of 2 Arrays were scanned using the Affymetrix GCS 3000 The wash and staining are done on a Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450 and hybed and scanned using Affymetrix manufactures protocols for the Mouse Gene ST 1.0 RNA was purified using the RNAeasy micro kit on the QIAcube system (Qiagen, www.qiagen.com). 100ng of total RNA were amplified and labeled according to Affymetrix manufactures protocols for the Mouse Gene ST 1.0.
