Description
Microarray experiments were performed for identifying genes that are involved in starch metabolism by analyzing the transcriptomes of wild type strain N402 and amyR deletion strain grown in maltose, as well as by analyzing the transcriptomes of wild type strain N402 grown in maltose and xylose.
