E-MTAB-997 - Transcription profiling by high throughput sequencing of Mbd3 knockout and wild-type mouse embryonic stem cells
Released on 4 May 2012, last updated on 6 November 2012
RNA-seq was performed for transcriptional analysis of wild-type mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells and an Mbd3 knockout line. Mbd3 is a core component of the Nucleosome Remodeling and Deacetylation (NuRD) complex, which modulates transcriptional heterogeneity and pluripotency gene expression in ES cells.
RNA-seq of coding RNA, co-expression, development or differentiation, replicate
NuRD suppresses pluripotency gene expression to promote transcriptional heterogeneity and lineage commitment.
