Description
RNA-seq was used to unveil the molecular mechanisms of Cd tolereance in Sedum alfredii Hance shoots Here we are submitting the expression abundance of each contig in two treatments (CK vs Cd) with three biological replicates. Sequences for the contigs were submitted to EMBL-Bank.
