This experiment is part of a study aimed to transcriptionally characterize early a critical pregnancy window in buffalo (Bubalus bubali)s embryo development. According to hormonal and morphological parameters, on day 25 after mating three samples that showed normal growth size and three samples defined retarded with reduced growth size, were selected . These samples were compared in a microarray hybridization experiment and the obtained results discussed according to the samples biological background.
