Transcriptome profiling of in vitro grown primary myoblasts isolated from biopsies originating from six healthy individuals and matching myotubes grown in myogenic differentiation medium. Two color experiment: RNA extracted from individual myoblast and myotube lines was Cy5-labeled, mixed with with a pool of RNA samples labeled with Cy3 and hybridized to Gene Expression microarrays (Agilent).
