E-MTAB-1471 - Transcription profiling by array of human prostate cell lines to investigate the role of p63 and ZEB1 trancription factors in epithelial to mesenchymal transition
Submitted on 11 December 2012, released on 17 March 2013, last updated on 3 May 2014
In this experiment we investigated the role of p63 and ZEB1 trancription factors in epithelial to mesenchymal transition, in a human prostate cell culture. The influence of TFs was studied by a gain and loss of function approach.
