Peripheral blood was collected from patients, seropositive and uninfected controls for analysis of the expression expression patterns of the annotated human miRNA in different sample groups. A total of 40 samples were collected, including 20 patients (9 stage I and 11 stage II), 12 seropositive subjects and 8 uninfected controls
