This study aims to compar transcription factor binding region between five mouse species. Please note that the fastq.gz files for this experiment were updated on 24 December 2013 due to file corruption issues with previous copies (ENA run accessions ERR216016 to ERR216073). The new files are associated with ENA run accessions ERR392411 to ERR392468.
