E-MTAB-1316 - Transcription profiling by tiling array of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells lacking Rrp6 alone or combined with loss of the HMT Set1 or the HDACs Hda1 and Rpd3
Last updated on 12 December 2012, released on 1 March 2013
Whole transcriptome analyses of various histone modification mutants in a Drrp6 strain using high-density tiling arrays. To assess the importance of histone modifications in antisense-mediated repression genome-wide, we performed high-density tiling arrays on cells lacking Rrp6 alone or combined with loss of the HMT Set1 or the HDACs Hda1 and Rpd3. Expression profiles are also provided in a searchable web-database: http://steinmetzlab.embl.de//cgi- bin/viewStutzLabArray.pl?showSamples=stutzLabArray&type=heatmap&gene=rrp6. Normalized file, created using protocol P-MTAB-27905, provided as an additional archive.
