E-MTAB-1298 - Methylation profiling by array of human oral squamous cell carcinoma samples against matched normal oral mucosa samples from the same cohort of patients
Released on 2 August 2013, last updated on 3 May 2014
This study aims to compare the DNA methylome across a large cohort of oral squamous cell carcinoma and matched normal samples. DNA from 44 OSCCs and paired normal mucosa were analysed using Illumina GoldenGate methylation array. This data was correlated with extracapsular spread (extracapsular spread), Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) status, recurrence and 5-year survival.
