E-MEXP-826 - Transcription profiling of human chondrosarcoma cells overexpressing SOX9

SOX9 was overexpressed in SW1353 chondrosarcoma cells. RNA extracted from these cell or form those transduced with a control retrovirus were compared by microarray analysis on "Human known gene SGC oligo set array number 1" glass spotted arrays obtained from HGMP. One RNA sample was derived from each cell type and was subjected to 4 repeated hybridisations. 2 of these were dye swaps.
