We determined the distribution of three PcG proteins: PC, PSC and E(Z), and of histone H3 trimethylated at Lys 27 by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) coupled with analysis of immunoprecipitated DNA with a high density genomic tiling microarray (Affymetrix).
