Description
Panc1 (human pancreatic adenocarcinoma cells) cells were transfected with control siRNA (targeting firefly luciferase, siLuc) or siRNA targeting GLI1 (siGLI1, Pool of four siRNAs). 72h following transfection, RNA was prepared for array analysis.
