Description
This experiment was performed to improve gene expression analysis of non-human primates using human microarrays. To improve the interpretation of cross-species hybridizations a probe match table was created. We validated this table by comparing gene expression data obtained from human and M. fascicularis. Two tissues were used in this comparison: Liver and muscle.
