Description
p53 knockdown by shRNA markedly increased efficiency of human iPS cell generation Gene expression patterns were compared between human ES cells and dermal fibroblasts. Gene expression patterns were also compared between p53 shRNA-treated fibroblasts and control fibroblasts.
