Description
Total RNA from testicular tissue histologically scored as containing carcinoma in situ (CIS) in 50%, 75%, and 100% of the seminiferous tubules and total RNA from testicular tissue with preserved normal and complete spermatogenesis and no CIS present were isolated, amplified, labeled, and co-hybridized.
