The vast volumes of data deposited and held within EMBL-EBI storage must be processed and analysed. The High Performance Computing sub-team manages the compute clusters that are used for the majority of EMBL-EBI’s research and production activities. The team works closely with service teams and research groups to optimise utilisation of the cluster resources and to ensure that this valuable resource continues to perform well.
