Scientific Programmer - Parkinson team: Samples, Phenotypes and Ontologies
Jeremy Mason is a Scientific Programmer focused on data analysis in the Samples, Phenotypes and Ontologies team at EMBL-EBI. He works on the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) web portal, data pipelines and tools for statistical analysis. He was also involved in creating PhenStat, an R package specifically designed for analysis of high-throughput phenotyping data using mixed-model statistical methods. Prior to joining EMBL-EBI in 2012, Jeremy worked in a variety of companies and academic organisations, most recently at the Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, Maine. Jeremy holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Montana and a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
