Nucleotide sequences of DNAs A and B revealed the CC presence of 8 potential coding regions for proteins (ORF1,2 in A, CC ORF3~8 in B). ORFs 5,6,7, and 8 have not the TATA sequence or the CC AATAA sequence near the coding regions (see ).
