Is there a limit to the number of input parameters I can provide for filtering GO annotations?

On the GO annotations page, you can filter your results using the filter dropdowns along the top of the page. You can use any number of filter options concurrently. However within each filter type there is a limit to the maximum number of parameters you can provide:

• In the GO terms filter, you can provide a maximum of 600 GO terms to filter by.
• In the Gene Products filter, you can provide a maximum of 500 gene products to filter by.
• In the taxonomy filter, you can provide a maximum of 50 taxa to filter by.
• In the Evidence filter, you can provide a maximum of 100 Evidence codes to filter by.
• In the Reference filter, you can provide a maximum of 50 references to filter by.
