Course Summary
Title: NMR Software WorkshopDate: 04/05 November 2009 Venue: EMBL-EBI, Hinxton Host: Wim Vranken Organiser: Janet Copeland Registration Deadline: 23rd October 2009 - 12 noon (GMT) about • registration • programme About this CourseThis joint e-NMR/CCPN workshop organised by the PDBe gives NMR users hands-on experience with NMR software developed as part of several exciting European based projects. All of these projects are aimed at making software more accessible for the user, especially those who do not have the computational (or human) resources to run demanding software locally. In this workshop, you first get the opportunity to work with the resources developed as part of the e-NMR project. Through this project, NMR software is accessible via web portals that execute the software on the European GRID (a big computational infrastructure for scientific use). You will also have the opportunity to register for GRID usage at this meeting. The second day starts off with an overview of the current software provided via Collaborative Computational Project for NMR (CCPN), followed by the software that is linked to the CCPN framework as part of the Extend-NMR project. We will cover the following software (a * mark signifies it is only available via the e-NMR web portal):
All software, services and resources that will be covered in this workshop are free to academia, with the exception of CYANA. The e-NMR and CCPN projects sponsor the workshop costs by equal amounts.
