PRIDE tool
ProteomeXchange Submission Tool
The ProteomeXchange Submission Tool is an open-source stand-alone tool that can be used to submit data to PRIDE (Figure 10). It is used to annotate, link and transfer the files required in a given dataset to EMBL-EBI. It is freely available from the ProteomeXchange submission page.
