Whole genome alignments can be viewed using the genomic alignments view (Figure 16).

Precalculated whole genome alignments can be viewed for one gene locus (in this case BRCA2) on the sequence level in this view. Conserved nucleotides may be shaded in blue by turning on 'conservation regions' using the configure this page tool.
