If you would like to submit data to the EBI Metagenomics Resource for archiving and analysis, you will need to register. You are then redirected to the SRA-Webin (which currently requires a separate registration, Figure 4). For help with the submission process, see the submissions video tutorial. It is important to submit metadata to accurately describe the samples and the experiments performed. In order to encourage the submission of this essential contextual data, study type-specific checklists that comply with Genomic Standards Consortium (GSC) guidelines have been implemented in the SRA Webin submission tool. You can contact a dedicated helpdesk via a link provided in the tool.
