About this Course

Travel and Accommodation Information

This course explores a variety of Bioinformatics resources and tools dealing with molecular interactions, small molecules, pathways as well as the integration of interaction and pathways data,  Networks and Systems modelling.

The course will consist of lectures and hands-on training on the relevant bioinformatics resources and interaction and pathway tools provided by the European Bioinformatics Institute.

EMBL-EBI is located on the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, near Cambridge. With the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute as our nearest neighbour we are arguably situated within the world's largest concentration of genomics and bioinformatics expertise.

Hands on training at the EBI takes place in our state-of-the-art training facilities. Expert trainers lead you through the course programme which is designed to balance instruction with practical exercises. Lunch and coffee breaks are factored into the course programme, allowing you to pose questions to the trainers, to network with other course delegates or simply to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Registration Closed.

Cost

The cost of this course is £120, with an option for a £30 course dinner, payment to be made on-line by credit card, debit card or by bank transfer immediately at registration. Places on the course are sold on a first come, first serve basis - places guaranteed on receipt of payment.
