A walkthrough EBI Bioinformatics Resources
The EMBL-EBI maintains the world’s most comprehensive range of molecular databases. This course provides a broad introduction to EBI core resources and practical, trainer-guided demonstration of when, why and how to use them. Several resources will be covered spanning genomics to systems biology. The course will consist of intensive five-day course that combines lectures and hands-on tutorials to help the participants actively learn and resolve biologically relevant problems.
