Interactions & Pathways: towards a whole system perspective
This course explores a variety of Bioinformatics resources and tools dealing with molecular interactions, small molecules, pathways as well as the integration of interaction and pathways data, Networks and Systems modelling.
The course will consist of lectures and hands-on training on the relevant bioinformatics resources and interaction and pathway tools provided by the European Bioinformatics Institute.
