Interaction and Pathways
This course explores the EBI resources dealing with protein-protein interactions and pathways, and it runs prior to the Interactome Networks conference 2008.
The course will consist of lectures and hands-on training on the relevant bioinformatics resources and interaction and pathway tools provided by the European Bioinformatics Institute.

This course is especially intended to give experimental biologists (including laboratory and clinical staff as well as specialists in related fields) expert tuition that will help them to make the most of the EBI's data resources related to protein-protein interaction and pathways. Preference will be given to those actively involved in or commencing protein interaction and/or pathway-related projects.
The training is free, however we need to charge participants an administration fee of £25 per day.
Administration fee for this course is £50.
Registration Closed.
