) with the labeled peptide in yellow] and CDK/cyclin/RRLIF
(Protein Data Bank ID code 1OKV [PDB]
) with the peptide colored cyan. The exploded view shows that
the RRLIF conformations in the cyclin A- and PCNA-bound
structures are very similar.
