Structure: Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator. Chain: a, b, c, d. Other_details: human cftr protein is glycosylated but non- phosphorylated, as expressed and purified from bhk cells. No nucleotide is present during purification and crystallisation. The sav1866 model is a bacterial abc transporter, suspected to be a multidrug efflux transporter. It is in the outward-facing configuration. The original PDB id for the sav1866 model used is 2hyd.
