Abstract
|
|
|
Prototypical thrombin inhibitors were synthesized based on a trisubstituted
phenol as a core motif. A naphthylsulfonamide analogue showed excellent
antithrombin activity. An X-ray co-crystal structure showed the expected
interactions.
