Reaction: Cleaves hyaluronate chains at a beta-D-GalNAc-(1->4)-beta-D-GlcA bond, ultimately breaking the polysaccharide down to 3-(4-deoxy-beta-D-gluc-4- enuronosyl)-N-acetyl-D-glucosamine.
