Rhea release 28
A new Rhea release is available (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/rhea) with 188 new
accepted reaction identifiers.
Now you can cite Rhea and download its compounds in MOL and SDF formats.

Rhea - Data submissions

The Rhea reaction database welcomes new reaction submissions currently not annotated in Rhea. Rhea was designed to incorporate reactions independent of spatial location and catalysts. Rhea can also handle non-enzymatic reactions. For extensive information on the types of reactions that Rhea covers please consult ouruser manual.

All new reaction submissions should be posted on our SourceForge Reaction Requests/Updates tracker with relevant information to correctly annotate the reaction. Relevant information include the ChEBI identifiers for each participant in the reaction and also cross-references to other relevant databases. If the ChEBI identifiers are not available please provide a chemical structure, a name and formula if possible. It is also useful if at least one cross-reference or publication identifier can be provided.
