OLDERADO provides clustering information for NMR entries from the PDB, and was developed in Mike Sutcliffe's group by Lawrence Kelley . Using the search box on the left, you can access pages with information on the core atoms, domains and representative structures from current NMR-derived ensembles of protein structures deposited in the PDB. This database has been compiled using two programs: NMRCORE and NMRCLUST. If this is your first visit to OLDERADO, we recommend that you look at our Example page before proceeding further. The OLDERADO paper is available here. The Olderado service was taken over by the PDBe (formerly MSD) group in 2007 and is now regularly updated with new PDB NMR entries. Contact Wim Vranken for more information. |
