Deposition of NMR data - Before you start

AutoDep is web-page based interface for structure depositions to PDB. The above links offer help for the pages that are relevant for an NMR deposition. AutoDep allows you to submit a CCPN project with an "Entry" object, so before you start a new AutoDep session, you have to make sure that you have a valid CCPN project. The best tool to use for this purpose is Entry Completion Interface (ECI). This way you can also fill most of the required information on your local machine rather than filling it out on the web. Alternatively, AutoDep accepts submissions from scratch. Any differences between the two modes are identified in these pages.
