Statistics
As of February 2009, the EMDB contains 629 entries which cover 369
distinct structures (about 1/3 of the structures are covered by more
than one entry, e.g. to give detail maps).

Since the first structure was released on June 20, 2002, the number of
sructures has increased steadily.

The submission rate is increasingly similarly and has now reached
nearly 100 structures per year, distributed over about 150 EMDB entries.
The EMDB Atlas pages register about 300-400 visits every month, with
between 1000 and 1500 structures being viewed. The number of visits
increased by about 20% from 2007 to 2008.
