Testing ccp4 map library with mapdump

Get a sample ccp4 map HERE
Make, ccp4lib.a and mapdump then run as
    mapdump mapin sample.map
    0 0 1
    GO

The output should match that in
    mapdump_sample_output

The map is a single section map with header

    Map mode ........................................ 2
    Start and stop points on columns, rows, sections 1 101 1 101 0 0

    Cell dimensions ................................. 101.0 101.0 1.0 90 90 90
    Fast, medium, slow axes ......................... X Y Z
    Minimum density ................................. 0.00000
    Maximum density ................................. 4.31738
