What is being compared?

The comparisons that are done between the data sets are divided into:

• Confidence-distance: Within one data set, compare the confidence of the atom contacts to their average distance.
• Confidence: Between data sets, compare the confidence of the atom contacts.
• Distance: Between data sets, compare the average distance of the atom contacts.
