NMR database analysis home page

Efforts are ongoing to create an NMR component within the E-MSD database. This NMR component will contain information on the constraint lists that were used to generate PDB structures, as well as chemical shifts and other NMR parameters.

Analysis

Once available this data will be analysed using the available coordinate information. Since the data distributions are not normal (i.e. gaussian), non-standard statistics (similar to the ones used in the PESCADOR development) will be employed to analyze the data.
