Electron density for all!

Electron density for all!
09 January 2017

In his first "slog" ("sometime blog") of 2017, Gerard Kleywegt explains why it is useful to look at electron-density maps, what those blue, red and green chicken-wire objects mean, and how you can view maps from the comfort of your own browser at PDBe, without any need to download software or data.

You can read the blog here: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/about/news/pdbe-brings-electron-density-viewin...

Tip: if you are going to be at the CCP4 Study Weekend this week, make sure to catch one of the PDBe folks there (Sameer Velankar, Oliver Smart and John Berrisford) to give you a demo of this and other useful features of the PDBe website.
